The smooth apicultiarist, one of our original G's, is an expert beekeeper with a degree in land use from the Queens University Belfast. The Cooking Keeper. our other original G comes from a farming family who have worked the same farm for over 100 years in County Antrim. Our bees rest beside a river that runs through the farm in an exceptionally beautiful plot of ancient woodland. Occasionally we move them for a short holiday to the North Coast of Ireland to take advantage of the blackberry blossom. From time to time we also stock raw honeys from trusted small beekeepers throughout the UK and Europe.
The Sweet G's began from a passion for nature and sweet things. Honey was just the logical conclusion.
